THE BEGINNING
One of my favorite pastimes is researching local foodie hashtags before I visit a new city. I like to follow pictures down the rabbit trail until I find something intriguing on the other side. A lot of the most unique restaurants and cafes I’ve stumbled across, have surfaced while I was scoping out what the locals have raving about on Instagram recently. This was one of the reasons I came up with the idea to blog about our travels. I love to take the path less travelled while on vacation, but I love sharing those secrets with friends so they can experience them for themselves even more!
Hence the concept for Lewis on Locale was born. Between my husband and I, we have travelled through the streets of Europe, hiked across the mountains of South Korea, biked to Niagara Falls, and trekked through the jungles of San Jose. We’ve travelled quite a bit across the US since getting hitched in 2017 so we’ve decided to chronicle a few of our favorite adventures here. Hope you enjoy!
